Summary Of Responsibilities

 

To grow business in North &  East region by maintaining & developing businesses and relationships with key accounts in region.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Grow  business with focus on key accounts, protecting the core business, identifying and developing new opportunities through collaboration and Innovation.

  • Develop business relationships with designated accounts across functions and Strengthen partnerships.
  • Gain understanding on Key Customer Strategies and Customer Needs to offer suitable solutions by aligning with Gchemics strategies and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, Implement and Communicate Key Account Plans for Strategic Accounts on periodic basis to drive agreed KPIs with customer and achieve long term growth.
  • Identify and explore new business development opportunities by working closely with R&D, commercial and marketing teams at designated accounts.
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with internal teams of marketing, technical and supply chain to achieve assigned volume/value growth
  • Budgeting and forecasting accurately to assist supply chain team to manage inventory and making sure timely delivery to customers
  • Effectively use various Sales Management Tools including customer relationship management, pricing and market research.

Bachelor’s degree:  B.Tech. chemical, or Bsc chemistry

Job Responsibilities
This role will be aligned to a particular business and work very closely with the management

  • Managing the complete employee lifecycle from On-boarding to Exit
  • New-hire process (On-boarding, joining formalities, update details on Workday, etc.)
  • Pre Employment screening, Confirmation, Leave management, promotion, transfer, separation, retirement and termination process
  • Service letters (Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Separation, Termination, Verification, etc.)
  • Employee records management on Workday and documentation
  • Payroll input for salary disbursements (lifecycle of employees, changes, exits, etc.)
  • Coordinating & communicating with various HRGS / Sites / Branch Offices / HRSS team to ensure smooth operations
  • Continuous updating on Workday and all trackers for employee process
  • Final settlements / statutory retirement payments for resigned and retired colleagues
